BAY RING ROAD MOTORWAY. PARBAYON CACICEDO SECTION
The layout of this road is based on Solution 1 of the Informative Study for the “Regional Ring-road Motorway for the Santander Bay”. It was divided into three projects: San Salvador de Heras – Parbayón, Parbayón - Cacicedo, and Cacicedo – Peñacastillo.
